Istilah BM atau Black Market, tepat nggak sih ?
Dear all,

Sering Sekali ya kita dengar istilah BM dalam transaksi jual beli barang sehari-hari, khususnya yang berjenis elektronik (HP, BB, APLLE IPHONE) ,kesannya diskriminasi sekali ya.

Jujur, SAYA kurang atau bahkan tidak setuju dengan istilah ini ( boleh dong ). Kenapa alasannya? Karena menurut saya istilah Black Market itu lebih cocok untuk jenis-jenis barang yang termasuk pelanggaran hukum kategori berat, seperti narkoba dan senjata atau barang- barang hasil kejahatan/pencurian misalnya.

Kalau ada yang bilang karena barang jenis elektronik itu banyak yang selundupan, itu tidak sepenuhnya salah, tapi kan banyak juga pakaian selundupan, kendaraan bermotor selundupan, obat-obatan medis selundupan dan lainnya, kenapa tidak disebut Baju BM, mobil BM atau obat BM?? Lagian selundupan pun masuknya “bayar” tuh “dengar-dengar atau krungu-krungu atau listen-listen” dari kabar yang beredar dan rasanya sudah jadi rahasia umum, meskipun belum pernah ngalamin.

Contoh misalnya pedagang beli Handycam di amazon.com/situs belanja luar lainnya, dikirim ke Indonesia via Pos, sampai di Indonesia bayar cukai di kantor Pos, lalu di jual lagi, masa namanya barang BM, kan tidak banget, belinya di tempat yang jelas, dikirim bayar ongkos kirim, sampai di Indo pun bayar bea masuk/pajak, jelas dong, masa BM….

Nah, kalau sependapat, saya ingin mengajak bapak/ibu semua, mulai dari sekarang untuk kita tidak menyebutkan istilah BM bagi transaksi barang-barang yang diluar kategory pelanggaran hukum/kriminal berat sperti narkoba atau senjata contohnya. Supaya kesannya jadi lebih bersahabat buat kita sebagai pembeli, saya yakin penjual pun setuju.

Kalau soal penetapan harga untuk barang-barang dengan kategori Non Garansi Resmi atau Garansi Toko/Luar Negeri/Import yang pasti biasanya lebih murah dari harga barang dengan status Garansi Resmi, itu sepenuhnya merupakan pilihan dewasa dari konsumen. Tinggal secara dewasa dan bijaksana sebagai konsumen kita pilih mana yang akan dibeli, tentunya sesuai dengan daya beli kita juga kan. Toh pilihan itu akan ada konsekuensi yang harus diterima oleh konsumen juga.
